Ingredients:
Serves 2
- 1 orange
- 1 banana
- 1 carrot
- 2 cups of coconut water
- 1 teaspoon of honey for sweetness (optional)
- 3-4 ice-cubes for extra chill (optional)
Tip: Place vegetables and fruit in the fridge before blending – so that they are chilled
Instructions:
- Wash all vegetables and fruit with water
- Cut the ends off the carrot and grate
- Peel the banana
- Peel the orange and cut in half
- Coconut water (can be purchased from the health food store or supermarket)
- Place all the ingredients into your blender
- Blend the ingredients until smooth
- Pour into a tall drinking glass
